Installation
|
We provide installation service for all equipment
we sell. Prices for installation service will be furnished
with quotations upon request. |

Training
|
Intergraph can provide training for all equipment
we sell, either on site, or at other facilities as needed. |

Telephone and
E-mail Support
|
Intergraph provides technical support via phone
and e-mail whenever possible. |

On-Site Service
|
If a problem cannot be handled by remote technical
support, Intergraph will send a technician to the site. |

Repairs
|
We repair most equipment or will organize factory technical
services to repair any equipment we sell -- during, or after,
the warranty period.
Intergraph also has sources for repairing many pcb's and
other components of graphic arts equipment.

Spare Parts
|
Intergraph sources a wide variety of spare parts
from original manufacturers or third parties for all graphic
arts equipment. |
|
Refurbishing
|
Intergraph refurbishes equipment on site or
in house. We also handle roller recovering, knife sharpening
(for trimmers, etc), motor rebuilding and restoration of equipment
or parts. |

Upgrading Software
|
We will order software upgrades for customers
for a handling fee of $25 per serial number. |
