Intergraph will never knowingly provide a piece of equipment, software, or supplies which we do not feel match our customer’s individual requirements. We will not offer equipment or supplies, even if a lower cost, if we know they cannot perform the job adequately. Nor, will we try to sell our customer “overkill”. That is why we ask a lot of questions before we quote anything.
Intergraph always quotes estimated “installation and training” for every item sold, so that it can be used to full potential as soon as possible. We believe in paying our highly trained technicians a commensurate wage for their work. We are constantly investing in their retraining on upgrades and new equipment.
We endeavor to provide our support and office staff with all the affordable benefits, training, safety, and best possible tools to get their jobs done and support our customer.
Our supply products are often “mission critical” to our customers’ production. We make every effort to inform customers of delivery times for all products. We consider that we are entrusted with customer’s supply orders. We are, therefore, in constant contact with our manufacturers to ensure on time shipment.
Intergraph, will never ignore legitimate customer complaints. We make every effort, within reason, to provide redress for any issues and sustain our customer relationships.
